Cancellation Policy
A card must be held on file in order to book an appointment. Gift certificates must be paid for at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours of the initial appointment time will be charged a fee of half the initial appointment cost. No-show appointments will be charged the full price of the missed appointment. Fees from cancellations or no shows are non-refundable and cannot be applied to future appointments.
